ISO 9001 is world's most recognised quality management system which enables processes to be put in place improving the way organisational procedures are carried out. Certification to ISO 9001 is a clear sign to clients that your company takes quality seriously. This ISO 9001 training course provides the knowledge required to gain a better understanding of what a quality management system is, how to implement the requirements of ISO 9001 and how to audit the quality management system against the relevant requirements. There are no entry or pre-requisite requirements to undertaking this course.
The training course covers the following:
Five days are offered at our training centre in Cornwall (not concurrent days). However, on-going telephone, e-mail and web-based support is provided throughout the process.
Classroom based
Assessment is an on-going auditing process
Organisations who successfully complete the assessment will be certificated to ISO 9001:2015
Candidates will be provided with a training pack.
