This Level 2 Award in Gas Safety Awareness in Social Housing and Residential Premises course provides is designed for candidates working in the social housing sector and private rental sector, such as landlords and maintenance staff, who need to be up to speed with gas safety issues affecting their residents.
Subjects such as carbon monoxide awareness are covered and this course aims to help identify situations where people may be at risk.
To help candidates identify areas of gas safety relevant to the work in which they are involved (i.e. property maintenance, managing social housing etc.)
