South West Assessment and Training's method statement is;
‘To provide specialist further and higher education programmes in the service industry and related areas as a centre for educational excellence’.
South West Assessment and Training aims to create the conditions whereby candidates and staff are treated solely on the basis of their merits, abilities and potential, regardless of gender, colour, ethnic or national origin, age*, socio-economic background, disability, religious or political beliefs, family circumstance, sexual orientation or other irrelevant distinction.

Compliments and complaints
South West Assessment and Training are very pleased to be able to say that we receive a lot of positive feedback and, thankfully very few negative comments.
If you do wish to raise any issues with the centre we would, in the first instance, advise you to speak with us as usually things can be very quickly resolved with the minimum of fuss.
